Terms of Service
Effective September 21, 2026. These terms cover calle8sportsbar.com and a visit to Calle 8 Sports Bar and Grill, 1010 SW 8th Street, Miami, Florida 33130. House rules posted in the bar, and any written event sheet we both sign, control that night if they conflict with a general sentence here.
The bar
Phone 305-707-8904. Email monica@calle8sportsbar.com. Hours are Sunday–Thursday 11am–11pm, Friday 11am–12am, and Saturday 11am–1am. “All day” means during those hours. We are a restaurant and bar. We can refuse service. Drink service is for guests 21 and older. We check identification.
The website
You may read the pages, book a table, and send a question. You may not misuse the site or scrape it in a way that knocks it over. The text and photos are ours or used with permission. You may share a link. Articles are general information, not a promise that a particular game is on a particular screen. If you need a game confirmed, call. The Ask box answers from our published pages. It can be wrong, and it cannot take your number to call you back.
Reservations
A table booked through OpenTable is a request to hold seats under OpenTable’s terms and ours. We hold a reasonable time. A no-show may lose the table. The booking is not a private buyout and not a guaranteed screen. If you need the room, use the private-events page.
Prices, the $5 offer, and promotions
Food and drink are priced at the bar. The $5 offer covers the wells, drafts, and domestic bottles described on the site, during open hours, while we are running that offer. It is not a promise that every bottle on the back bar is $5. A promotion, including a first-visit beverage, means what its own page says. We can end or change an offer. One complimentary house beverage with a meal for a first-time guest is not a bar tab, not cash, and not stackable with a group package unless that page says so.
There is no checkout on this website. You pay at the bar, by the methods we accept that day. A tab is due before you leave.
Private events
An inquiry is not a booking. A private event exists when we confirm it in writing, with the date, the spend or package, and the headcount. The room is the room we have. We do not promise a ballroom. Outside food, amplified sound, and decorations need a yes from us first.
Conduct
We can ask a guest to leave for a fight, harassment of staff or other guests, or a refusal to follow a reasonable house rule. You are responsible for your guests. Damage you cause can be added to the tab.
Games on television
We show sports. A listing, a social post, or the Ask box is not a guarantee of a specific feed if the network blacks the game out or the satellite fails. Call if a particular game is the reason you are coming.
Allergies and food
Tell the server about an allergy before you order. We cook in a shared kitchen. We will tell you if we cannot make a dish safe. That conversation, not this webpage, is the warning for your plate.
Limitation
For the website alone, to the extent Florida law allows, we are not liable for a loss that comes only from relying on a general page instead of calling. For claims that are only about the website, liability is limited to one hundred dollars. That cap does not apply to food or drink we served, or to injury caused by our negligence where Florida law does not allow a cap.
Nothing here waives a right the Florida Deceptive and Unfair Trade Practices Act gives you that cannot be waived.
Disputes
Florida law governs these terms. A lawsuit about the website or a visit to this address is brought in the state courts of Miami-Dade County, or in the federal court for that county if a federal statute applies. Small-claims court is available if the claim fits. Talk to us first at 305-707-8904.
Changes
We may update these terms by posting a new version and changing the effective date. The version posted when you visit governs that visit. A signed event sheet keeps the terms written on it.
